Qualifications - Good candidate:

1. is willing to become a specialist in the matchmaking industry

4. is willing to work hard for clients
5. is confident conversing in English and Japanese
6. has strong powers of persuasion
7. is healthy and confident
8. can listen carefully and give appropriate advice to others
9. is highly skilled in communicating in Japanese (conversational and emails)
10. can move to and work in Japan or other countries if required
11. has good skills in computer applications e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
12. is interested in counselling delicate relationship issues between couples
13. is reliable and can work in a team
14. can work flexibly and always looks to improve their performance
15. has loyalty and is willing to develop a long-term relationship with the company
16. can operate Illustrator and/or Photoshop
